My research explores how information flows between firms, regulators, and markets affect corporate decision-making. Most of my work centers on disclosure, earnings management, and information frictions. Before joining Virginia Tech, I served as a Research Principal in the U.S. Treasury's Office of Financial Research and as a faculty member at Carnegie Mellon University.
